1. Mantra Island
Mantra, an island of the Blackden archipelago, in the Nãkama Sea, is mainly composed of dense swamps.
Only a few fishing and farming villages populate the coastline, sheltered from the dangers of the swamps and the jungle.
In the heart of the island, the ruins of an ancient village stand, with an imposing temple as the most remarkable remnant of its distant past.
Backstage
The main theme of Mantra Island, a melody composed of ten notes, opens Chapter 2 and reappears regularly throughout the rest of the album. However, it also made a discreet first appearance in the track Entering the Swamps from the first chapter!
